Question:

Technical support have requested the Audio Architect event logs for troubleshooting.  Where do I find the event logs on my computer?

Answer:

Event log archive files are located in the following folder:  C:\ProgramData\HPRO\Audio Architect\2.45.2.12

​Notes

ProgramData is a Hidden folder.  Hidden items in the View menu must be enabled.
File extension is .sdf
File type is SQL Server Compact Edition Database File
File name consists of “SAEventLog" followed by the date and archive number:  SAEventLog_YYYY/MM/DD_XXXX
The file with the highest archive number is the most recent.
The folder name may differ depending on the version of Audio Architect installed.
