Answer:

Each N-Command controller ships with dual IP addresses (192.168.1.99 with a netmask of 255.255.255.0 and 169.254.10.99 with a netmask of 255.255.0.0). Use the first IP address as outward facing IP address for LAN or WAN control. The second is the default IP address range with which all SVSI Encoders and Decoders are shipped.​
