There is an offline activation method, within AMX License Manager.
1. Navigate to Tools > Manually Register License.
2. Enter the ENT-ID, click next.
3. Copy the ENT-ID, hardware lock code, secondary lock codes and save to file.
4. Send the server information obtained to your local distribution partner/ Harman tech support.
5. You will be provided with a text file containing the RMS activation code which can be pasted into AMX License Manager.​
