Why do my N2300 units not pass video on the network, when other SVSi products pass video without issue?

Answer:

N2300 units require jumbo frames be enabled on the network switch.

For Cisco switches, the command to to add to the config file is:

port jumbo-frame

For other switch manufacturers, please refer to the switch documentation for correct syntax.​
