1. Prerequisites

When updating units, units will take 10-15 minutes to complete the update. A new process for updating units is being employed, as a result the minimum version of N-Able is listed below.
N-Able PC:
Minumum version of N-Able must be 5.1.27,

- Upgrading to PHP 7.4 (v1.15.71) will take a while (30 - 60 minutes)
the first upgrade to update PHP. Once the PHP is updated,
subsequent upgrades will be normal time.
