How do I enable Front Panel Security in I-Tech HD amplifiers?

Answer:

I-Tech 12000HD, 9000HD and 5000HD

Front Panel Security can be enabled from the front panel by holding down the buttons:  NEXT and PREVIOUS.  Front Panel Security can also be enabled by going online to the device in HiQnet System Architect or HiQnet Audio Architect software.  Open the Device Panel and navigate to the Tools menu then select:  Front Panel Security.

If Front Panel Security was enabled using the front panel, then it can be disabled by holding down the buttons:  NEXT and PREVIOUS.  If Front Panel Security was enabled using software then it can only be disabled from the software or a factory reset.

I-Tech 4X3500HD

Front Panel Security can be enabled from the front panel by holding down the buttons:  NEXT and PREVIOUS.  Front Panel Security can also be enabled by going online to the device in HiQnet System Architect or HiQnet Audio Architect software.  Open the Device Panel and navigate to the Tools menu then select:  Front Panel Security.

If Front Panel Security was enabled using the front panel, then it can be disabled by power-cycling the device.  If Front Panel Security was enabled using software then it can only be disabled from the software or a factory reset. ​
