- Fixed an issue that caused loss of video when setting the VIDIN_FORMAT for a 

  Multi-Format input to the same format it was already configured to.

- Modified the EDID sent by the Multi-format input so that it no longer 

  indicates that it supports digital audio.

- Added VIDIN_HDMI_EQ send command, which can be used as query ?VIDIN_HDMI_EQ, or used with

  the parameters ENABLE or DISABLE, specifying the hdmi input port that will be used.

  The recommended value is DISABLE, but in scenarios where longer HDMI cables are used, the   ENABLE option can be used to help flickering resolve flickering video. 

- Fixed the VIDOUT_ON command.  When using the command, the ENABLE option being used over and over would cause video dropouts.
