If audio between the Signature mixer and the PC is only working in one direction, you need to replace the driver Windows is using.  Remove current driver and install the Soundcraft Notepad driver found here: https://www.soundcraft.com/en-US/softwares/notepad-firmware-and-control-panel-setup-windows-v2-0-4-windows​​
