USA
Customers who have purchased a product in the
USA or have a question about a product which they perhaps intend to purchase in
the USA are supported directly by Harman Professional.

Outside the USA
Support outside of the USA is provided by
Harman Professional distribution partners. These partners are responsible for
sales, spare parts, repairs, technical support and general product queries.
They will be able to provide assistance within local time-zone working hours
for the territory.

If a product develops a fault during the
