What is the troubleshooting procedure with a device in the following conditions?

- Device becomes unresponsive

- Locked with a PIN

- Locked with Access Control

- IP address settings are preventing discovery by HiQnet Audio Architect

Answer: 

Connect power to the device and allow it to complete its boot sequence.  

Hold down the following buttons for five seconds:  LOCATE & 1.  The device will enter Test Mode where all LEDs will cycle through different colors.  

Disconnect and then re-connect power to the device.  

The device will reboot in the following state:

- No Configuration

- Auto IP address settings

- No PIN

- No Access Control

If the Configuration and PIN need to be retained, then use the procedure above with the following buttons:  LOCATE & 2​​
