​System Lock

This feature will lock all the buttons and encoders on the speaker, including the Power button.  Adjustments can still be made on the JBL Pro Connect app while System Lock is enabled.  System Lock will be disabled if the speaker loses power from the mains supply.

Hold down the following buttons for ten seconds:  POWER and BACK.

The Channel LED's will flash to confirm the change.

The System Lock status will be displayed in the top left of the LCD on the speaker, as well as the JBL Pro Connect app.

Navigate to the Setup page and tap the padlock icon to the right of the speaker name.

The Channel LED's will flash to confirm the change.

System lock is enabled when the padlock icon is Red. 

Firmware

System Lock feature will be present on PRX One devices with firmware 5.1.5.0 or above.  The firmware version can be found in the Settings menu on the LCD at the back of the speaker, or the Firmware Update menu in the JBL Pro Connect app!
