Pairing EON700 with Alexa, Nest, and Other Devices

​​​The EON700 series' speakers are compatible with all manner of Bluetooth devices beyond mobile phones and tablets. This guide walks through the connection process for various popular devices. 

​​Ensure your device and speaker are powered on and have a clear line of sight between them, then find your device below to begin.

Amazon ALEXA

  • Navigate to the Settings Menu of the EON700 speaker, then select BT Audio Pairing. 
  • You will have 30 seconds to Pair.
  • Open the Alexa app.
  • Select Devices.
  • Select your Amazon device.
  • Select Device Settings.
  • Select Bluetooth Devices, and then Pair A New Device.
  • Select your EON700 speaker.
  • Your EON700 will now pair with your Amazon device.

Google NEST

  • Navigate to the Settings Menu of the EON700 speaker, then select BT Audio Pairing. 
  • You will have 30 seconds to Pair.
  • Open the Google Home app.
  • Make sure you're in the right home. The name of the home is at the top of the screen. To change homes, tap the arrow next to the home name.
  • Tap and hold your Google device's tile.
  • At the top right, tap Settings and then Audio.
  • If this is your first time to use Bluetooth on this device, tap Paired Bluetooth devices, enable Pairing mode, and then go back to Audio.
  • Tap Default Music Speaker and then Pair Bluetooth Speaker.  Your Google Nest or Home device will then scan for available Bluetooth devices.
  • Tap the EON700 once it appears on the screen, then Done.
  • Your EON700 will now pair with your Google Nest or Home device.

Other Devices

  • Navigate to the Settings Menu of the EON700 speaker, then select BT Audio Pairing. 
  • You will have 30 seconds to Pair.
  • Enable pairing mode on the device you wish to connect. 
  • Keep a clear line of sight between devices. 
  • The devices should pair within a few seconds.
  • Check Bluetooth symbol at top left of speaker menu to confirm- if successfully paired, it will have changed from white to blue.
  • If this has not changed to blue, restart the process, as it may have timed out.
