Resetting EDID on N-Series Encoders
If you are
experiencing trouble with establishing a HDMI connection on your encoder, resetting
your EDID is encouraged.
Steps to Reset EDID
- Disconnect HDMI cable from encoder
- Select the encoder through N-ABLE software or the encoder's web address
- From the main menu select EDID
- Once on the EDID page select the drop-down located under EDID (Digital)
- Select each option from the drop down and select Reset EDID button located next to it
