How do I restore the Jetpack to factory defaults?

Answer:

There are three methods to restore the Jetpack:

1. Reset Button - When jetpack powered on, use a pointed stylus or paper clip to hold the RESET button for 5 seconds, then release
2. Telnet / SSH - Once connected, use the command 'reset factory'
   
3. Web Page - Browse to System > General then look under System for Factory Default
