Question:

What are the sleep behavior differences when on battery or on AC power?

Answer:

Starting with firmware v5.0.7.0, when unit is running on battery, the unit will sleep after 20 minutes if these conditions are met:

• No signal
• No knob rotation
• No app movement

The system will wake up:

• With roughly -56dBu signal detection on ANY channel
• A knob twist
• An action within the app

The unit will also shutdown after 5 hours.  This is for battery life/health and can not be disabled.  If the unit has gone into shutdown mode (powered on for 5 hours), only a power button press will wake it. 

There is NO SLEEP at all when the unit is connected to AC power.​
