​​​Ether2DMX8 License Key Missing Error Message​

​“License Key Missing” shown on the display:

If you see this error message shown on the display it is possible that the license card is no longer located correctly in the card slot.

To fix: Remove all 5 screws from the top panel.

Remove the top-centre screw from the front panel.

Remove the top panel.

Locate the SD Card on the main processing pcb.

Check the card is located securely by pushing the card into the slot.

It should click into place and it should not be possible to slide the card out by ONLY pulling at it..

Pushing on the card again will cause it to eject.

If this does not correct the issue please contact your local distributor for repair.​
