- Load v1.1.51, then reboot the master when it has completed
  Note: DVX may show as "DVX-DVXC-4k Controller" until the master has rebooted

Note: These fixes are only applicable to the DVX 4K60 Device  
- Fixed issue causing slow IO or serial string responses. 
  Note:  The response time was >500ms, and now is <30ms like other NX devices
- Fixed buffer issue causing dropped characters when DVX4K received long serial strings
