Guide to Resolving Randomly Muted Outputs
Condition:
The 2 pin power connector can cause muted outputs due to dropping voltage across the connector.
Solution:
The power supply connector will need to be modified and soldered into place. This will address the issue of dropping voltage across the connector.
Procedure:
1. Remove the center T15 Torx screw and 4 Phillips screws 2 on each side, remove cover.
2. Next, Remove the zip tie.

3. Cut the connector off and strip the wire leads. Make sure that you strip enough to have the leads wrap around the terminals.
4. Prep the leads by adding some tin to the tips.
5. Wrap the leads around the terminals at least twice.
6. Next, solder the leads.
7. Add a zip tie to hold the wires in place.
8. Power on the amplifier and verify that the outputs are not muted.
9. Once functionality has been confirmed, reinstall the top cover and screws.
10. Installation is now complete.
