How Can I Create Desktop Shortcuts to a Ui Mixer on an iPhone and/or iPad Using Safari?
The best way to create a desktop shortcut direct to mixer on iPhone and/or iPad desktop in Safari is:
Open Safari and browse to Ui mixer. Select the Tablet or Phone.
Note- Phone mode has limited control, so we suggest Tablet mode, even on a phone, if you want full control of mixer.
Select the “share” icon near the top right of screen.
Scroll down list and select “Add To Home Screen”.
Notice that the shortcut will have the /mixer.html or /phone.html appended. This can be edited to change what mixer type opens.
You will now see a new shortcut on desktop. Click on the shortcut to open Safari and navigate to the mixer.
The browser opens as full screen mixer page from that shortcut. To move the window, pull down on the three dots at top of screen.
