How do you convert projects from TPDesign4 into TPDesign5?

Answer:

When TPDesign5 installs, the application G4Utility is also installed. This is located in C:\Program Files (x86)\AMX Control Disc\TPDesign5\G4Utility.exe by default.
This application allows you to select the TP4 project to convert, and set the desired output location for the TP5 project.
Please note: This conversion tool is restricted to TPDesign4 projects for Modero X and Modero S panel types.
