BSS BLU-USB Driver for windows 10

New driver version:  4.82.0

Replaces: version 3.34.0

When to use:  This driver works with windows 10 and a BLU-USB to allow 8 channel audio over a USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 connection.

What is different:  This version functions correctly in windows 10 and is signed correctly.  It is recommended to resolve an issue where one

attempts to install the 3.34.0 version and the computer pops a message indicating that the driver is not a Microsoft signed driver.   All other

functionality should be the same as the previous driver.
