My help files will not open in Windows 7 or higher, how do you fix it?

Answer:

If you cannot open our .hlp files on your Windows machine and you are running Vista or later, you will need to download a fix from Microsoft. Windows Vista and later versions of Windows do not include WinHlp32.exe so you must install this component to open the files.
