AKG DMS800: Scanning For Multiple Frequencies and Syncing to Transmitter
Step 1:
Power ON your DSR800 Receiver and wait until the receiver has completely initiated.
Note: If your receiver shows lock, press and hold the receiver’s knob until it unlocks.

Step 2:
Once the receiver has been unlocked, tap on the knob once to reach
“QUICKSETUP”

Step 3:
Tap on the knob once to highlight “START SETUP”. Tap once again to select.

STEP 4:
Select the number of channels you desire to use by turning left or right on the DSR800 receiver knob.

Step 5:
Once you have selected the number of channels, tap on the knob twice
to reach “START SCAN”. Tap on the knob once again to start scanning for frequencies.

Step 6:
You should now have a list of the frequencies (e.g. 01.04) you requested.

Tap on the DSR800 receiver “BACK” button three times to reach your two channel display

Step 7:
Tap on the channel selector which you are going to add the frequency to.

Step 8:
Using the DSR800 receiver knob, scroll until you highlight “GR/CH”
(group/channel)…this process is the same for manually changing the FREQUENCY. Tab on the knob to select.

Step 9:
Start by changing the group number first. Use the receiver’s knob to select number by turning (left/right).

Step 10:
Once you have selected the group number, tap on the receiver’s knob
once to highlight the channel. Do the same by turning the receiver’s knob (left/right) to select the channel.

Step 11:
Once you have selected the channel, tap on the DSR800 receiver knob to highlight “SYNC”.

Step 12:
You are now ready to program the new frequency (GR/CH) to your transmitter.
Locate both “IR” data sensors on the DSR800 receiver and DHT800/DPT800 transmitter.
Face both “IR” data sensors about 2 inches away (shown below) and tap on receiver’s knob to start syncing.

Step 13:
If “SYNC OK” appears, you have successfully completed the syncing process.

Note: If syncing fails, please tap the DSR800 receiver knob and “REPEAT” will appear.
